Ultraviolet Leaves, Netting and Necklaces Set

This set started with the Pantone color of the year, Ultraviolet.  It doesn't hurt that purple is one of my favorite colors.  The wide netting bracelet has already sold, so I created a smaller one.  I hope to get these on my online shop sooner than later, but a lot of these are heading to galleries this month.  So if you see something you need to purchase, let me know!

This long necklace with the braid detail has been in my head for quite a while, I'm glad I got around to doing it, the braiding, pinning and stitching to make it lay right took me 6 hours alone.

This leaf lariat necklace begged for a few extra leaves than I usually put on.  I'm looking forward to wearing it asap before it gets to go hang out in a gallery.

Purple Netting Bracelet and More Tiny Earrings

I've continued to pick away at making some jewelry in between prepping for Bridgefest and Convergence®.  I was inspired by some of the purples I have in my stash to make a faded netting bracelet.  It's wider than I usually make them, but it turned out perfect.

Tiny leaf earrings have been popping off of my needle, so these are the two from the beads hanging around in trays after this bracelet:

I'll hopefully get around to posting these on my shop too, but today is not the day.

Mini Earrings and Bangles for Bridgefest and Beyond

I decided I should probably post a blog, I've been distracted with the changing of jobs and interviews, lawnmower drama, and wanting to fix things and tinker on the house rather than create.  Well, the tinkering and fixing is creative problem solving for me, so I guess it counts, but that's not what this blog is about, I suppose I need to get back to jennyandbryan.com for that.

ANYWAY.  I have been trying to make some smaller items for the artist's village booth I'm doing at Bridgefest on June 21st.  My more expensive pieces don't tend to sell at free concert events and I like playing with color so that's what I'm doing with these tiny bangles and earrings.

This is this week's productions. I even got them post on my Shopify page (which I still need to get that sorted out but I don't want to sit at a computer any more than required these days).  If they don't sell online, they'll be at Bridgefest since it's my next pop-up type event.  After that, Convergence®

This event was so fun last year, I'm glad to be part of it this year!
